Hi, I’m Duncan Powell, the face behind Pinpoint Search.

 

With over 25 years in the recruitment world, I’ve seen a fair bit - working my way up through corporate recruitment firms, independent agencies, and ultimately establishing and growing my own successful recruitment business.

 

Before launching Pinpoint Search, I built a company from the ground up, growing it to 80 employees and a turnover of over £20 million.

During that time, I focused heavily on the people side of the business - embracing company culture, talent management, people development, and Learning & Development (L&D).

 

For me, it’s always been about creating an environment where individuals thrive, grow, and feel valued.
